Currently consists of Phase 1. Phase 1 consists of blocks named F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W1, W2, and X.

A residential plot is offered in 3 Marla, 6 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal sizes. In addition, commercial plots are available in 8 Marla and 5 Marla sizes.

V.        Waiver of Utility Charges

•75% waiver of utility charges if 11 to 19 residential units are constructed within 12 months

•If the construction of more than 20 residential units begins within 12 months, the utility charges will be waived 100%.

•50% utility bill exemption if the construction of 5 to 9 commercial units begins within 12 months

•100% utility fee waiver if build more than 10 commercial units within a year.

Development Status of DHA Multan:

The management officially announced in 2014 that the project land had been purchased. Although DHA Multan has already completed some initial development work. On June 12th, 2017, it was announced that work will start in Sector A, further moving development work for further sectors.

The average price of the 5 Marla plot is between 17 and 25 Lacs.  Likewise, 8 Marla Plots start at 27-35 Lacs.  10 Marla Plot Prices begin at 36-46 Lacs. In addition, 1 Kanal Plot Prices begin at 46-90 Lacs and 2 Kanal Plot Prices begin at 130-150 Lacs.

DHA Multan Phase 1 Balloting

The ballot took place for Phase 1 of DHA Multan on August 31st, 2019. All residential and commercial plot files have been balloted, including 5, 8, 10, 1, and 2 Kanal residential plots and 4 and 8 Marla commercial plots. The location plot ballot results can be found on the official site.
